8 Piece and Magnetic Glass Block
Thia ProCook Damascus 67 set includes a 9cm paring knife, 13cm utility knife, 13 and 18cm santoku, 15 and 20cm chefs knife, 23cm bread knife and a 25cm carving knife and comes with a stylsih magnetic glass and oak knife block.

Drawing inspiration from the traditional techniques of craftsmen in the Echizen region of Japan, our stunning Damascus 67 knife range is fully optimised for exceptional quality and performance.

Each knife is crafted from world renowned Japanese Damascus stainless steel, with a VG10 high-carbon core for a cutting edge with unrivalled sharpness. The core is encased in 66 layers of rust-resistant steel, denoted by a striking and unique blade pattern.

The handles are formed from G10, a material made by layering fiberglass cloth, soaked in epoxy resin, then compressed and baked resulting in outstanding strength and beauty.

Inspired by their Japanese counterparts, each knife is stone ground to a traditional 12° angle and features a stamped rear bolster and a feature rivet with the Japanese symbol for strength.

The ProCook magnetic glass and oak knife block will be a stunning focal point in any kitchen and has been exclusively designed in house.

Featuring beautiful oak wood and supported by two 8mm tempered glass sides it stands solid and stable. The block can hold up to 8 knives dependant on the blade width, and has strong magnets set within the sides of the oak wood to securely hold them.

To care for your knife block wipe with a soft cloth. Not dishwasher safe.

  • Do not place your knives in the dishwasher. Instead, we recommend wiping the knife with a warm wet cloth and drying immediately

  • Store in an airy position away from direct sunlight and other heat sources to avoid drying out.
  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
  • We recommend oiling regularly to preserve and enrich the wood.
