Elite AUS10 Knife Set
8 Piece and Black Magnetic Block
This fantastic knife set includes a includes a paring, utility, small and large chefs, small and large santoku, bread and carving knife and comes with a sleek black magnetic knife block.

ProCook Elite AUS10 combines modern laser etched designs on each blade with the outstanding performance of Japanese stainless steel, renowned as the epitome of excellence in knife making. This perfect combination ensures hardness for exceptional cutting performance.

The range is composed of three layers of clad steel that provides a superior level of durability and strength, and the blades are ice hardened for a razor sharp edge.

Featuring triple rivetted handles, meticulously crafted from ABS, offering a supremely comfortable grip while also being resistant to water shrinkage.

Elite AUS10 stainless steel contains 1% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 13% chrome for high corrosion resistance making the knives more resilient to tarnishing and general stains. Molybdenum and vanadium work in partnership with the high carbon content to further strengthen the blade and improve stain resistance. Elite AUS10 stainless steel has a Rockwell hardness rating of HRC 60±2.
