Elite AUS10 Knife Set
8 Piece and in Drawer Knife Block
This fantastic knife set includes a paring, utility, small and large chefs, small and large santoku, bread and carving knife and comes with an in drawer knife block to easily store and protect your knives.

ProCook Elite AUS10 combines modern laser etched designs on each blade with the outstanding performance of Japanese stainless steel, renowned as the epitome of excellence in knife making. This perfect combination ensures hardness for exceptional cutting performance.

The range is composed of three layers of clad steel that provides a superior level of durability and strength, and the blades are ice hardened for a razor sharp edge.

Featuring triple rivetted handles, meticulously crafted from ABS, offering a supremely comfortable grip while also being resistant to water shrinkage.

Elite AUS10 stainless steel contains 1% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 13% chrome for high corrosion resistance making the knives more resilient to tarnishing and general stains. Molybdenum and vanadium work in partnership with the high carbon content to further strengthen the blade and improve stain resistance. Elite AUS10 stainless steel has a Rockwell hardness rating of HRC 60±2.

Our bespoke bamboo in drawer knife block is the perfect solution for keeping your knives safely stored your kitchen drawer.

Crafted from natural bamboo for lasting durability, this stylish block provides safe storage for your kitchen knives, protecting the blades from damage inside the drawer and keeping handles within easy reach.

Designed to fit within all standard drawer sizes, the block holds up to 11 knives. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly - not suitable for dishwashers.
