Our Gourmet Classic knife set, complete with a wooden block, features 14 essential tools designed to make your food prep speedier and easier. The set includes a 9cm paring knife, 13cm utility knife, 16cm santoku knife, 18cm chef’s knife, 20.5cm bread knife, 20.5cm carving knife, 13cm carving fork, 20cm sharpening steel, and six 11cm steak knives.

Whether you’re meal prepping for any occasion, hosting a steak night, carving thin slices of meat with ultimate precision or sharpening your knives to keep them in optimal condition, this set has it all.

Featuring traditional triple rivet handles and modern European shaped blades which have been crafted from stone ground stainless steel for a strong, sharp cutting edge.

The composition of the stainless steel we use in this range is referred to as X30Cr13 denoting the use of X30 stainless steel, containing 0.3% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 13% chrome for high corrosion resistance.

With full tang construction and contoured, traditional triple rivet handles, our Gourmet Classic knives offer comfortable handling and timeless good looks.
