Nihon X30 Knife Set
2 Piece
Our 18cm Santoku knife is perfectly suited to precision cutting meat, fish and vegetables. Its scalloped blade reduces friction when slicing through food, allowing it to fall away from the blade. While our 16cm Nakiri knife is designed to make chopping vegetables easier by allowing you to chop right through to the cutting board in one clean movement.

Inspired by Japanese design, our Nihon X30 range possesses beautiful beech wood handles, Asian inspired blade shapes and stone ground blades for a strong, sharp cutting edge.

Each blade is crafted from durable X30 Stainless steel referred to as X30Cr13. This denotes the use of 0.3% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 13% chrome for high corrosion resistance. The range has an official Rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 52±2 ensuring effortless sharpening and durability.

Featuring smooth and stylish beech wood handles, with an etched rear bolster for the perfect balance finish on each knife.
