Part of the ProCook Barware range, this stainless steel cocktail strainer is an essential piece of kit for the home mixologist.
Using a strainer when you are mixing your favourite cocktails will make all the difference to the finished result.
Simply place the srainer over the top of your opened cocktail shaker once your drink has been shaken, with the stainless steel coil facing inwards, and pour into your serving glass. The strainer will collect all large particles of ice, fruit, herbs and pith, creating a lovely smooth texture to your drink.
Top tip: when making espresso martinis, remove the coil and place inside the cocktail shaker prior to shaking, for a lovely smooth but frothy texture.
