The ProCook Jam and Sugar Thermometer is an essential tool for making your favourite sweet treats.
With a handy spring clip to allow you to fix it to the side of your pan, the thermometer has both Celcius and Fahrenheit measurements from 40-204°C.
Perfect for helping you make jams and chutneys, the thermometer also readings for all standard confectionary / candy stages, enabling you to create delicious fudge, toffee, marshmallow, boiled sweets and many more.
The thermometer is easy to use, simply insert into jam or confectionary up to the immersion line. Use the clip to keep the thermometer steady on the side of the pan.
To clean, ensure the thermometer is fully cooled before washing in warm water.
Not dishwasher safe. Do not exceed the operating range of the thermometer.
