To use lightly oil the chamber of the egg poacher and crack in your egg. Pierce the yolk and whites wih a fork or sharp knife to release any excess pressure. Replace the lid and simply pop the egg poacher in the microwave for 40 seconds to 1 minute or until the white of the egg is cooked. The egg should fall out of the egg poacher easily once done, and retain a perfect shape. Season to taste. After use you can put the egg poacher straight in the dishwasher.
