To use, half fill with milk that has been pre-warmed to your desired temperature. Place on a solid trivet such as a wooden chopping board to protect your work surface. Replace the lid and pump the plunger steadily for 30 seconds or until you have achieved the desired texture, holding the lid to keep all the milk contained.
Take care when handling hot milk.
