This set of 5 Professional X50 Contour knives is perfect for completing a variety of kitchen tasks and includes a paring, utility, chefs, bread and carving knife as well as a sleek black magnetic knife block.
Ergonomically designed for superior handling, the Professional X50 Contour range combines our well-loved handles with the finest German X50 steel blades.
Specially formulated to sit perfectly within your hand, our contoured, triple rivet handles ensure superior comfort even after prolonged periods of use. Well-balanced, the knives in this exceptionally ergonomic range feature a rear bolster as well as a tapered front bolster to allow full length blade sharpening.
The composition of the steel we use in this range is referred to as X50CrMoV15 and denotes the use of 0.5% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 15% chrome for high corrosion resistance. Molybdenum and vanadium (MoV) also work to further strengthen the blade and improve stain resistance. The collection has an official Rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 55±2 ensuring durability and easy maintenance.

Holding your knives securely against the magnetic board the block keeps your knives within easy reach whilst taking up minimum space on your worktops. With a sleek black look, it has been designed to hold up to 5 kitchen knives and has a clean minimal surface that makes cleaning easy.
