Professional X50 Contour Knife Set
8 Piece and Premium Leather Knife Case
This set of 8 Professional X50 Contour knives includes a 9cm paring, 13cm utility, 15cm and 20cm chefs, 13cm and 18cm santoku, 25cm bread and 25cm carving knife.

Ergonomically designed for superior handling, the Professional X50 Contour range combines our well-loved handles with the finest German X50 steel blades.

Specially formulated to sit perfectly within your hand, our contoured, triple rivet handles ensure superior comfort even after prolonged periods of use. Well-balanced, the knives in this exceptionally ergonomic range feature a rear bolster as well as a tapered front bolster to allow full length blade sharpening.

The composition of the steel we use in this range is referred to as X50CrMoV15 and denotes the use of 0.5% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 15% chrome for high corrosion resistance. Molybdenum and vanadium (MoV) also work to further strengthen the blade and improve stain resistance. The collection has an official Rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 55±2 ensuring durability and easy maintenance.

This incredible knife storage case is made from the highest quality, natural buffalo leather. The knife wrap has a strong and supple construction that will keep your knives in pristine condition whilst aging beautifully.

The premium leather case can hold up to 8 knives of varying sizes up to a 25cm/10in blade and comes with a protective leather overlay. Rolled and held closed with premium brass buckles for optimum safety, the knife case can be easily carried using the riveted top handle.

Easy to clean, simply wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth and allow to dry naturally.

As this is a natural product, the tone of the leather may vary.
