This set of 8 Professional X50 Contour knives is perfect for completing all of your kitchen tasks and includes a 9cm paring, 13cm utility, 15cm and 20cm chefs, 13cm and 18cm santoku, 25cm bread and 25cm carving knife and comes with an in Drawer Knife Block to easily store and protect your knives.
Ergonomically designed for superior handling, the Professional X50 Contour range combines our well-loved handles with the finest German X50 steel blades.
Specially formulated to sit perfectly within your hand, our contoured, triple rivet handles ensure superior comfort even after prolonged periods of use. Well-balanced, the knives in this exceptionally ergonomic range feature a rear bolster as well as a tapered front bolster to allow full length blade sharpening.
The composition of the steel we use in this range is referred to as X50CrMoV15 and denotes the use of 0.5% carbon for outstanding edge retention and 15% chrome for high corrosion resistance. Molybdenum and vanadium (MoV) also work to further strengthen the blade and improve stain resistance. The collection has an official Rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 55±2 ensuring durability and easy maintenance.

Crafted from natural bamboo for lasting durability, this stylish block provides safe storage for your kitchen knives, protecting the blades from damage inside the drawer and keeping handles within easy reach.
Designed to fit within all standard drawer sizes, the block holds up to 11 knives and has two tiers, for both small and large sized blades. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly - not suitable for dishwashers.
