Acai bowls are a perfectly healthy breakfast full of antioxidants, healthy fats and an extra dose of nutrients that’ll have you feeling great.

We use almond milk, banana, mixed berries and acai powder for the acai puree then top of crunchy granola, coconut chips and fresh berries. However, you can choose your own topping if you wish!

What you'll need...

For the acai puree
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 200g mixed berries, frozen
  • 400ml almond milk (you can use coconut or soy, though)

For the topping
  • 4 tbsp granola (we prefer low sugar)

  • 1 banana, fresh and sliced
  • Sprinkle of chia seeds

Method

  1. Put the bananas, frozen berries, acai powder and almond milk into your blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
