Serve up only the tastiest of dishes this summer. Our super easy and delicious air fryer corn on the cob is a quick alternative to grilling.

For days when griddling or grilling on the BBQ seems like too much effort, our air fryer corn on the cob comes to the rescue. Choose your own seasoning and toppings and serve alongside your main dishes – we've topped ours with crumbled feta, chilli powder and a slice of lime.

What you'll need...

  • 4 corn on the cob, trimmed and husks removed
  • 2 tsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • Crumbled feta, for serving
  • Chilli powder, for serving
  • Lime, for serving

Method

  1. Place your prepared corn on the cob into the air fryer. If you can’t fit all 4, you may have to cook in 2 batches instead. 

  2. Spray the corn on the cob with a little oil so they crisp up. 

  3. Air fry at 200C for 15 mins, carefully flipping over to ensure even coverage.  

  4. Once cooked and still warm, remove the corn from the air fryer and brush with melted butter. Plate up and season with salt and pepper. Add the feta, chilli powder and lime slice before serving. Enjoy while warm!
