What you'll need...

  • 2 medium eggs
  • ½ red or yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 50g feta cheese, crumbled
  • Handful of spinach
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. If required, preheat the air fryer to 180C.

  2. Whisk the eggs together and add your chosen ingredients. Take the air fryer dish or use an air fryer proof dish that fits and pour the egg mixture inside.

  3. Cook for 8 minutes or until fully cooked.

  4. Remove from the liner, plate up, season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
