What you'll need...

  • 350g parsnips
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 30ml honey
  • Salt and pepper to season

Method

  1. Preheat your air fryer if needed.

  2. Peel and cut the parsnips into equal sized batons.

  3. Add the parsnips into a large enough mixing bowl and add the honey, ensuring equal coverage. Drizzle over with the sunflower oil and add the salt and black pepper. Toss until all parsnips are coated.

  1. Tip your parsnips into the air fryer basket. Keep them in a single layer, avoiding overlap.

  2. Cook at 200C for 12-15 mins, or until brown and crispy on the outside, tender inside. Turn them at least once while cooking for even coverage.
