Learn how to make scrambled eggs in your air fryer. With a handful of ingredients, this recipe is quick and simple.

Creamy and flavourful, air fryer scrambled eggs make for an easy, delicious breakfast. Serve with your favourite ingredients, whether it’s sausage and bacon or smoked salmon and avocado.

What you'll need...

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 slices of bread, your choice
  • Chives, optional

Method

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200C. 

  2. Whisk the eggs and add the milk. Season with salt and pepper.  

  3. Pour the egg mixture into a silicone basket or ovenproof ramekin. 

  1. Air fry for 4 minutes and carefully open the drawer. Whisk the eggs to scramble. Fry for a further 2 mins, or until the eggs reach your desired consistency.

  2. Add chives and season with more black pepper before serving if you wish. Top toast with the scrambled eggs and enjoy with your favourite condiments.
