No party is complete without the fiery classic, Picante De La Casa cocktail.
The picante cocktail is based on the much-loved and popular margarita with extra heat and spice brought by the chilli and coriander. This extra zingy cocktail is perfect for long, summery evenings or colder, autumnal days and should be served in ice-filled glasses.
What you'll need...
- 1 slice red jalapeno, deseeded and chopped (you can choose your preferred chilli pepper if needed)
- 3 sprigs coriander leaves
- 60ml tequila of choice
- 20ml agave syrup
- 30ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
Method
Muddle the chilli and coriander in the base of the cocktail shaker.
Add the rest of the ingredients (tequila, agave syrup and lime juice) into the shaker and shake with ice.
Strain into ice-filled glasses and garnish before serving!
