A tropical blend of white rum, coconut and tangy pineapple, the Pina Colada is about to become one of your favourite summertime drinks.

What you'll need...

  • 200ml pineapple juice
  • 120ml white rum
  • 120ml coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Method

  1. Add the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream and lime juice in a blender. Add a handful of ice and pulse until smooth. 

  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with a wedge of pineapple, maraschino cherry and fun cocktail umbrella.
