This healthy pineapple smoothie is packed full of goodness and is easy to make with only a handful of ingredients.

Blend fresh pineapple with bananas, ginger, turmeric and coconut milk and water, making this an easy dairy-free drink that can be enjoyed for breakfast at home or on the road.

What you'll need...

  • 1 whole pineapple, cored, peeled and chopped
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 small piece of ginger, peeled
  • 1-2 tsp turmeric
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • Coconut water

Method

  1. Prepare the fruit by chopping, peeling and coring the pineapple and ginger. 

  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender minus the coconut water and blend on a low speed until smooth, slowly pouring in the coconut water until you reach the desired consistency. 

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
