This healthy pineapple smoothie is packed full of goodness and is easy to make with only a handful of ingredients.
Blend fresh pineapple with bananas, ginger, turmeric and coconut milk and water, making this an easy dairy-free drink that can be enjoyed for breakfast at home or on the road.
What you'll need...
- 1 whole pineapple, cored, peeled and chopped
- 2 bananas
- 1 small piece of ginger, peeled
- 1-2 tsp turmeric
- 100ml coconut milk
- Coconut water
Method
Prepare the fruit by chopping, peeling and coring the pineapple and ginger.
Add all the ingredients into a blender minus the coconut water and blend on a low speed until smooth, slowly pouring in the coconut water until you reach the desired consistency.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
